1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the services of Laundry Max, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Laundry Max offers:

Self-service use of washers and dryers
Professional wash, dry, and fold laundry service
A comfortable waiting area for customers

All services are provided subject to machine availability, operating hours, and proper customer use.

3. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

Follow all posted laundry and safety instructions
Check pockets and remove personal items before washing
Use machines appropriately and report any malfunction
Pick up completed laundry in a timely manner

Laundry Max is not responsible for items left in pockets or unattended belongings.

4. Garment Care & Liability

While we take great care in handling all garments:

Laundry Max is not responsible for normal wear, fading, shrinkage, or damage caused by manufacturer defects or improper labeling.
Customers must inform staff of special care items before service.
Any claim for lost or damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of pickup.
Liability, if applicable, is limited to a reasonable amount based on garment value, not sentimental value.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is required at the time services are rendered.
We accept approved payment methods available at our location.
Prices and services are subject to change without notice.

6. Pickup & Unclaimed Items

Customers are responsible for timely pickup of completed laundry.
Laundry left unclaimed for an extended period may be donated or disposed of in accordance with local regulations.

7. Facility Rules

For safety and comfort:

No hazardous, flammable, or heavily soiled items are permitted.
Children must be supervised at all times.
Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in refusal of service.

8. Hours of Operation

Laundry Max is open daily from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
Hours may change due to maintenance, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

9. Limitation of Liability

Laundry Max shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or facilities.

10. Changes to Terms

Laundry Max reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
