Services Provided<\/h2><p data-start=\"470\" data-end=\"489\">Laundry Max offers:<\/p><ul data-start=\"491\" data-end=\"631\"><li data-start=\"491\" data-end=\"533\"><p data-start=\"493\" data-end=\"533\">Self-service use of washers and dryers<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"534\" data-end=\"586\"><p data-start=\"536\" data-end=\"586\">Professional wash, dry, and fold laundry service<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"587\" data-end=\"631\"><p data-start=\"589\" data-end=\"631\">A comfortable waiting area for customers<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"633\" data-end=\"733\">All services are provided subject to machine availability, operating hours, and proper customer use.<\/p><hr data-start=\"735\" data-end=\"738\" \/><h2 data-start=\"740\" data-end=\"773\">3. Customer Responsibilities<\/h2><p data-start=\"775\" data-end=\"794\">Customers agree to:<\/p><ul data-start=\"796\" data-end=\"1015\"><li data-start=\"796\" data-end=\"849\"><p data-start=\"798\" data-end=\"849\">Follow all posted laundry and safety instructions<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"850\" data-end=\"908\"><p data-start=\"852\" data-end=\"908\">Check pockets and remove personal items before washing<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"909\" data-end=\"966\"><p data-start=\"911\" data-end=\"966\">Use machines appropriately and report any malfunction<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"967\" data-end=\"1015\"><p data-start=\"969\" data-end=\"1015\">Pick up completed laundry in a timely manner<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"1017\" data-end=\"1103\">Laundry Max is <strong data-start=\"1032\" data-end=\"1077\">not responsible for items left in pockets<\/strong> or unattended belongings.<\/p><hr data-start=\"1105\" data-end=\"1108\" \/><h2 data-start=\"1110\" data-end=\"1142\">4. Garment Care &amp; Liability<\/h2><p data-start=\"1144\" data-end=\"1194\">While we take great care in handling all garments:<\/p><ul data-start=\"1196\" data-end=\"1608\"><li data-start=\"1196\" data-end=\"1333\"><p data-start=\"1198\" data-end=\"1333\">Laundry Max is <strong data-start=\"1213\" data-end=\"1278\">not responsible for normal wear, fading, shrinkage, or damage<\/strong> caused by manufacturer defects or improper labeling.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1334\" data-end=\"1407\"><p data-start=\"1336\" data-end=\"1407\">Customers must inform staff of <strong data-start=\"1367\" data-end=\"1389\">special care items<\/strong> before service.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1408\" data-end=\"1495\"><p data-start=\"1410\" data-end=\"1495\">Any claim for lost or damaged items must be reported <strong data-start=\"1463\" data-end=\"1482\">within 24 hours<\/strong> of pickup.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1496\" data-end=\"1608\"><p data-start=\"1498\" data-end=\"1608\">Liability, if applicable, is <strong data-start=\"1527\" data-end=\"1584\">limited to a reasonable amount based on garment value<\/strong>, not sentimental value.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><hr data-start=\"1610\" data-end=\"1613\" \/><h2 data-start=\"1615\" data-end=\"1636\">5. Payment Terms<\/h2><ul data-start=\"1638\" data-end=\"1826\"><li data-start=\"1638\" data-end=\"1696\"><p data-start=\"1640\" data-end=\"1696\">Payment is required at the time services are rendered.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1697\" data-end=\"1762\"><p data-start=\"1699\" data-end=\"1762\">We accept approved payment methods available at our location.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1763\" data-end=\"1826\"><p data-start=\"1765\" data-end=\"1826\">Prices and services are <strong data-start=\"1789\" data-end=\"1825\">subject to change without notice<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><hr data-start=\"1828\" data-end=\"1831\" \/><h2 data-start=\"1833\" data-end=\"1865\">6. Pickup &amp; Unclaimed Items<\/h2><ul data-start=\"1867\" data-end=\"2060\"><li data-start=\"1867\" data-end=\"1940\"><p data-start=\"1869\" data-end=\"1940\">Customers are responsible for <strong data-start=\"1899\" data-end=\"1916\">timely pickup<\/strong> of completed laundry.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1941\" data-end=\"2060\"><p data-start=\"1943\" data-end=\"2060\">Laundry left unclaimed for an extended period may be <strong data-start=\"1996\" data-end=\"2022\">donated or disposed of<\/strong> in accordance with local regulations.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><hr data-start=\"2062\" data-end=\"2065\" \/><h2 data-start=\"2067\" data-end=\"2089\">7. Facility Rules<\/h2><p data-start=\"2091\" data-end=\"2114\">For safety and comfort:<\/p><ul data-start=\"2116\" data-end=\"2295\"><li data-start=\"2116\" data-end=\"2183\"><p data-start=\"2118\" data-end=\"2183\">No hazardous, flammable, or heavily soiled items are permitted.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2184\" data-end=\"2229\"><p data-start=\"2186\" data-end=\"2229\">Children must be supervised at all times.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2230\" data-end=\"2295\"><p data-start=\"2232\" data-end=\"2295\">Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in refusal of service.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><hr data-start=\"2297\" data-end=\"2300\" \/><h2 data-start=\"2302\" data-end=\"2328\">8. Hours of Operation<\/h2><p data-start=\"2330\" data-end=\"2463\">Laundry Max is open daily from <strong data-start=\"2361\" data-end=\"2384\">7:00 AM to 11:00 PM<\/strong>.<br data-start=\"2385\" data-end=\"2388\" \/>Hours may change due to maintenance, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.<\/p><hr data-start=\"2465\" data-end=\"2468\" \/><h2 data-start=\"2470\" data-end=\"2501\">9. Limitation of Liability<\/h2><p data-start=\"2503\" data-end=\"2641\">Laundry Max shall <strong data-start=\"2521\" data-end=\"2589\">not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages<\/strong> arising from the use of our services or facilities.<\/p><hr data-start=\"2643\" data-end=\"2646\" \/><h2 data-start=\"2648\" data-end=\"2673\">10.
